Our plant comprises of manufacturing facilities including a modern laboratory. The total area of the factory including the office premises and warehouses is about 12000 square meters and is situated in the Industrial area of Doha, State of Qatar.

We believe in modernization and invest heavily in plant and machinery in order to serve our customers better. A brief overview of our facilities is as under.

An Italian spray drying unit with a capacity of 15000 tons on an annualized basis.

Fully automatic Italian packing lines for all packets from 100g to 5 kilo with annual capacity of approximately 60 million packets
on a 3 shift basis.

Bag filling machine with capacity of 15000 tons per annum
Liquid filliing capacity of approximately 3000 tons per annum

Research and development section for product quality improvement and constant innovation to pre-empt the consumer preferences & ensuring they get the best value for their money

The company has made heavy investments on new hypochlorite pump, cyclones, compressor and tank for cooling unit, vibrators for automatic additives, gear discharge pump, new boiler retubing and refabrication, shrink wrapping
machine and inkjet printers

The company has major investment plans on high pressure pump new cyclones, automatic bag filling machine and new liquid packing machines and these projects will be completed in the Year 2003

The work on a massive refurbishment plan for re-construction of the office building, raw / packing / finished goods warehouses, & liquid filling area is underway and InshaAllah the project will be completed during the year 2003
